Overview
Three floors of workspace threaded onto an open-air circulation spine, so every trip between desks and meeting rooms happens outdoors.
Bandung's climate rarely needs a sealed building. The circulation was pulled outside into a planted selasar — a covered walkway — leaving the working floors as simple, quiet, naturally lit rooms.
The facade is a fixed vertical fin screen sized from a daylight study: enough shade to hold glare below 3% of working hours, enough opening to keep the mountains visible from every desk.
Services are exposed and colour-coded to make future changes cheap. The tenant has already reconfigured two floors without touching a ceiling.
